Julie is in her 27th year of teaching at St. Agnes. She graduated from St. Agnes in 1977 and attended Doane College in Crete, NE. Upon completing her education there she returned to her alma mater to begin her teaching career and has remained there ever since.  In the past she has taught 3rd grade, 1st grade, 4th grade, Kindergarten and Computer Science. She returned to the 4th grade classroom two years ago.  Julie also holds an endorsement in Library Media and serves as the Library Media Specialist for the school.

This year she is co-chairing the committee that is planning the activities for the 100-year celebration of education at St. Agnes Academy. They have many activities planned throughout the year that will culminate in a final event in July of 2008.
